Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I’m thrilled to return as the director of the Program and want to thank Ji-Yeon Yuh along with Emily Mun for continuing to steer this ship over the past year. We appreciate your work and are pleased to have such a smooth transition.
It feels like it's going to be a wonderful one, full of community, conversation and, of course, good food! Please join us at our Welcome Back hang on October 19th at noon in the conference room, along with the Latina and Latino Studies Program. You will meet the faculty and staff of the program and I will introduce new colleagues and other news related to AASP. We have other wonderful events planned by the Director of Undergraduate Studies, Shalini Shankar, as well as a number of CRES events. Beyond events (and food!), I'm most excited to connect with students and to get back in the classroom.
